In a few hours, I'll have to get on a plane to go join a group and guide a group of people in Poland. I am very moved. Why? Because I think it's a true mission.

Learning one's history, knowing one's past, is a responsibility, an obligation if we want to build. It's not just culture. It's not telling ourselves, well, at least we'll be aware , or giving big "never again" speeches. That it will never happen again.

Not at all. It's about concretely immersing ourselves in history, drawing lessons, and asking how we can act at our own level in a concrete way, and not just through speeches, to ensure this kind of thing never happens again. How does it transform us even though decades separate us from it? Can I keep it alive, or should we try to forget as soon as time passes, which is the best way to start another round and make the same mistakes?

That is why I am moved and I think it is a true mission. So, see you very soon if you haven't done it yet, for a future trip to Poland .
