Kind: captions Language: en [Music] in our previous clips we had the introduction to percleavot and today we get to the most important mishna in birkhavut shimon sadiq said the world stands on three pillars torah the service and acts of loving kindness these three things are vision for life the first one torah does not only talk about the holy torah it also speaks about having a vision for our lives how do we look at life and what drives us the service is referred to the actions we take we must take actions and the third one acts of loving kindness is a general idea speaking of interpersonal relationships shimano tadik says that there are three ways three different circles that affect our lives one is that we must have a vision if we're wandering around in the world and we don't have a vision then we're just acting without thinking we must have a vision and making a vision creating a vision is not an easy thing we must sit down think of a vision think what makes us happy what makes us drive what makes us go and then write it down having a clear vision makes all our decisions easier and make our actions easier it's not enough though to have our decisions easy and our actions easy we actually also have to act we have to act on it and that's the second pillar after having a vision we must act on this vision acts don't have to be something grand you can also do something simple a small action but it has to be a meaningful action if you do a meaningful action better if you repeat that meaningful action then you're on your way to realizing your vision third thing is to realize who's around you look at the environment look at the people around you who are the people who are my friends who are my foes who are my partners who may be an enemy we always have people around us we have to be cognizant of our environment shimano tadik says that if we look at then we can understand life better and we can find our path towards a better and more meaningful life in the next mishnayot we will come back again and again to this pattern because this is what drives our vision for getting a better place having a better life managing ourselves better and managing our business better so three things have a vision act on that vision and be cognizant that you have people around you i'll give you homework think of your don't just think about your vision also write it down next week we'll learn how to hone it down and how to see how we can get the best out of this vision and how it makes our life better for further information you can contact us and obviously delve deeper into pirkhav thank you you
