So, in which part of the prayer are we allowed to interrupt ourselves? You should know there aren't many, especially during the morning prayer. Even more so during the evening prayer. Imagine you start what we call Baruch Sheamar while holding the fringes of the tallit in front of us. Okay? Until the end of the Amidah prayer. And even between the silent prayer and the repetition of the Amidah, we are not allowed to interrupt. You should know there is a special permission for, uh, let's say the Gabbai or people who take care of the tzibur, of the kahal, to interrupt between Yishtabach and the blessings of the Shema Yisrael or for what is called needs of tzedakah, to take care of a tzedakah need.

Blessings, may Hashem protect you.

In that case, it's less problematic, but still, we try not to do that. Same for the evening prayer. When we start the blessings of the Shema Yisrael, we are no longer allowed to speak.

There are many people who talk between the blessings of the Shema Yisrael and the Shema Yisrael itself. Or just before the Amidah, or answering the phone. All that is a very big problem. Until the end of the Amidah prayer in the evening , we can no longer interrupt ourselves.

May Hashem protect you. Have a magnificent day.
