May Hashem protect you. As you all know , we are not allowed to pray in front of nudity. What does that mean? It means a man is not allowed to pray in front of a woman who is not dressed according to the rules of tzniut.

But at what age does this begin? Even a young girl, a little girl. The answer is up to 8 or 9 years old, it can be tolerated. There are many cases where people arrive at the shul to pray on Friday night or at other times, and little girls arrive, but they really don't know, they are not aware yet.

Once, be'ezrat Hashem, we pray for them that everyone follows the ways of Torah . Can we continue to pray, say Shema Yisrael, or study Torah, or recite blessings? Answer: up to 8 or 9 years old, it can be tolerated, but it is better to turn your head or close your eyes. Now, imagine someone who is in a house and in that house there is a TV, unfortunately.

So, you must know that even behind a screen, if there is a woman who is not dressed according to the rules of tzniut, one cannot recite blessings when seeing her, nor say the Shema Yisrael, nor study Torah, even in front of a screen. Same thing for the phone. May Hashem protect you.
