Desire to create. Well, me too, you want to succeed, me too. Why? Because that is what brings joy.
To evolve, be active, and do things. Friends, what happens when we don't do that? Depression. We need to be active.
It's automatic. Action brings joy. How are we going to build, friends, our inner world? Why am I talking about the inner world?
Because our sages reveal that every Jew in the entire world. Something magnificent, friends, is a miniature world. Adam Olam Katan. How are we going to do it, friends, to rebuild ourselves?
The Torah reveals it to us. Bereshit Bara Elokim. In the beginning, God created. What does that mean?
Rebbe Nachman, everything depends on the start, at the beginning. In order to be able to create the world, that’s how it was done, friends. But what beginning are we talking about? We are talking about a fresh start.
Why does the righteous Rebbe Nachman reveal this to us? If your start is bad, if your departure point, your base is bad, well, everything will draw from there, every evolution, every outlook on life, on marriage, on repentance, on Hashem, on yourself. You got off to a bad start . Oh, you can be mistaken for 20 years and keep doing the same thing.
If you make a mistake, someone who takes the wrong plane, he has traveled 20 hours in the opposite direction; now, he must go back and take a new plane. Well, that's what happens when we make mistakes, friends; everything falls apart. However, the one who takes a fresh start with new foundations, foundations that are positive, foundations that are constructive, automatically everything will work out. That's why we are asked Bereshit, at the beginning of creation, you must start over with a fresh start.
Secondly , it is written Bereshit Bara Elokim— if you look at the last letters, "Emet" —Hashem built the world on the foundation of truth. You want to know how to rebuild your world, you must stick to the truth. Why? As Rebbe Nachman of Breslov reveals to us, the truth delivers, heals, and saves from all the suffering of this world, from all your thoughts.
If they are destroying you, know that it is a lie because truth is the foundation of the construction of this world. You want to rebuild yourself? The truth is that Hashem is on your side, that faith is something that will save you, that Hashem is with you 24/7; it will take away all your fears, all your anxieties , and it will help you gain self-confidence. Move forward.
