Rav Simha Buchinger - Poser une Mezouza en vacances ?
Extrait du cours
In any case where I am not staying for at least a month as a tourist, I have no obligation to put up a mezuzah. But let's start a bit differently. I am renting a house; from when do I have the obligation to put up a mezuzah? Renting implies long-term. In general, it's for one year. If it is in Israel, immediately. If it is outside of Israel , after one month. If I don't intend to stay very long, I am on vacation, on a business trip, or otherwise.

As long as I don't stay a month, even in Israel, I have no obligation to put up a mezuzah. If, however, you are lucky enough to go on vacation for 2 months, then indeed you must put up a mezuzah.
