So yesterday, I was at a wedding in Jaffa, and just before the wedding, there was a bit of a delay with the witnesses and so on, and I saw the bride coming out with her mother, she was extremely, extremely stressed. Why is she stressed? Because we are in Jaffa and at 6:10 PM, there is the call to prayer from the cousins. And well, in the middle of the wedding ceremony, it bothers her. So she is super stressed.

And then, when she comes out, she says something incredible. She says "Thank G-d, thank G-d," Mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy. So I wondered, what is she going to say?

What is she thinking in this stress? Say thank you to Hashem . And there I told myself this story is actually incredible because you know one thing, and I told it at the wedding . If you take a lemon and squeeze it, what comes out?

Well, it's normal, lemon juice. But if you take an orange and you squeeze it. What comes out? Orange juice.

Now, when you are squeezed, what comes out? If when you are squeezed, anger comes out, it's because you are a hot-tempered guy. If when you are squeezed, tears come out, it's because you are depressed. When someone is squeezed, you see what they have inside.

Well, this woman, this bride, when you squeeze her, what comes out? Thanks. Such a magnificent thing. When I am squeezed, is the first thing that comes to my mind to say thank you Hashem?

Hashem, help me. Hashem, be with me. Thank you Hashem for what you give me. If we do that, not only do we reveal that we have goodness within us, but above all, when we are pressured, we open the doors and we choose what we let in at that moment.

So this is perhaps the best piece of advice for the week, friends. When you feel a world of stress, stop for a second. Thank you Hashem, thank you for everything, and let emunah (faith) enter into your heart. Amen.
